Sign Up To Safety Campaign
25 May 2017 14

The Isle of Wight CCG has pledged to improve patient safety as part of the national campaign, Sign up to Safety.

Sign up to Safety is a national patient safety campaign, announced by the Secretary of State for Health, which launched on 24 June 2014.  It has the ambition of reducing avoidable harm in the NHS by 50% over the next three years, and saving 6,000 lives as a result. This is supported by a campaign that aims to listen to patients, carers and staff, learn from what they say when things go wrong and take action to improve patient safety helping to ensure patients get harm free care every time, everywhere.
